As you may have noticed Trico-fieltro is one of my favourite wool yarns for winter projects, mostly for booties and slippers, but it can be used for bags, hats, gloves and any other warm and colourful project you can imagine.
I have worked in different patterns for babies and adults. This post is only about the baby ones, every project take a few steps to get it done and of course a bunch of pictures to show the process. Here is my selection.
The booties and slippers can be made in any size; the booties pair is suitable for babies up to 12 months, the slippers one up to 9.
The Trico-fieltro wool turns into felt after washing it at 40º in the washing machine, shrinking about 20-30%. You can see in the pictures how they were before washing them.
To crochet them I have used a bamboo hook 8 mm.
